SERVICE POLICIES & TERMS (SUMMARY)
By submitting this request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you are the property owner or are authorized to request service for the property.
• Wammoth Services specializes in the inspection, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, replacement, and installation of gas-fueled appliances. Additional diagnostics, repairs, replacement parts, or appliance replacement may be recommended after service begins. No additional work will be performed without your approval.
• Unless specifically stated in writing, Wammoth Services did not install the appliance and cannot certify the installation or work previously performed by others. Services are limited to inspection, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and operational testing of accessible components.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than two (2) business days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
